Elina Jaakkola’s Master’s thesis “Iskukuormitus amerikkalaisessa jalkapallossa” (“Impact load in American football”) in the discipline Sports medicine has finally been released! It is analysing data collected during Finnish American Football Association’s project last year. Thank you #SAJL for using ACT Head Impact Tracker 1st release version head sensors in this project!
Very interesting grounds laid, but so many questions remain and even more rose from it. Hope this work sparks further research ideas and enthusiasm in students and researchers out there to dig even deeper on the subject!
