The complete ACT Head Impact Tracker system is the head sensor Pro, a free mobile app, and a cloud dashboard – working seamlessly together to give you objective, actionable data on the forces acting on an athlete’s head and the brain inside the skull. It makes the invisible destructive forces visible, objectively measured, and actionable.
The sensor
Patented (EP 3958699) ACT Head Impact Tracker head sensor Pro measures linear (g-forces) and angular forces (rad/s² and rad/s), and more, acting on your head while doing sports, – or in any other usage occasion. It is designed to give you valuable insights on the real-life events, on the pitches, tracks and wherever you may roam, and make the invisible destructive forces visible, objectively measured and actionable.
Attachment & accessories
It is highly recommend to attach ACT Head Impact Tracker head sensor Pro to your head with a tight-fitting ACT Head Impact Tracker headband, or with ACT Head Impact Tracker Dock on other such accessory of your choosing. Also when wearing a helmet. You can buy ACT accessories in our web store, from our distributors, partners and resellers.
If attachment is not possible with a headband, use hook-and-loop tape to attach the sensor inside the helmet, or ask about ACT Head Impact Tracker Box for on-top-of-a-helmet attachment from us, your local distributor, partner, or reseller. Please note that soon coming Impact Feature Space (IFS, patent pending) is not applicable to data collected when sensor is attached to the helmet.
The platform
Data flows from the sensor to the free app and on to the cloud dashboard – real-time on the sideline, in depth afterwards, and across a whole team.
Mobile app
Events are sent wirelessly the moment they reach or exceed the threshold (default 10g). With the app in Bluetooth® range and mobile data or Wi-Fi available, you see the event within seconds – no waiting or downloading after the session.

Cloud dashboard
Use Browser access to enter cloud dashboard with detailed numerical and graphical data in your browser – any device, any time. Mark false positives, add session notes, and export data to Excel or CSV. Full event history and profile management. All this and more you can do in the browser access.
